In winter, the snow-covered valley descent to Gaschurn passes almost at the front door, and in summer, various hiking trails and the Versettla cable car, whose middle station is only ten minutes away, are attractive.

Our 'Bella Nova' is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the mountains and the fish pond in our garden. There is ample, free parking available. The bus stop is approximately 500 metres away, and the ski lifts are approximately 3 kilometres from the property. Hiking trails can be accessed from the property.

The top apartment - directly in the attic - we rent for guests and provide you with a lot of comfort and coziness for an optimal holiday in the mountains on 70 m2.
