Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Wunderbare Penthouse Wohnung mit fast 360° rundum Blick in Alzey, mitten im Herzen Rheinhessens. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Obergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Das Penthouse wurde 2017 auf das bestehende Haus aufgestockt und hat eine Wohnfläche von ca. 50 qm². Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der riesige U-Balkon der vom Wohn- und Essbereich anhand von vier Türen aus erreicht werden kann. Befindet man sich hierauf hat man einen wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Weinberge und die Stadt.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023-February 2024 and almost continuously newly furnished. Located in the basement, the apartment is about 60 square meters and has a very spacious living room, including a pull-out sofa bed and a 65" TV, a new kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with shower, a chic bedroom with double bed and a sizable hallway.
