It is perfectly situated, with the feeling of being in the woods while still located near all town's amenities. Today, the house is tastefully appointed where expected - & comfortable to modern standards - yet, it has been left as charming, rustic & cozy as it had always been: with elements of the original decor, windows, plaster walls, etc., being preserved. Pets stay for free!

This house is conveniently located off of Route 19. You will be located one mile from the New River Gorge Bridge. You will be within a 15 minute walk to all Fayetteville has to offer. It is a short drive or bike ride to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, rock climbing or white water rafting. The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot, that is enclosed with a chainlink fence, for those of you who are bringing a pet.
