The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. Apart from the kitchen, dining and living space, a king-size bed and a bathroom, in summer you enjoy a yard and the lap pool.

The light open plan living area has views over the garden and is fully equipped for all year round use. Along the millstream, this former hamlet school welcomes you in its spacious living room with 2 stone fireplaces (non-functional), exposed beams and old parquet flooring, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms/toilets and 2 terraces.

Nous sommes très contents d'avoir réalise une nouvelle cabane au Domaine de Lalande-Laborie, tout proche de Montignac-Lascaux et ses fameuses grottes. Vous apprécieriez notre Cabane pour sa belle vue sur les forets et les prés et son intérieur tout confort et très accueillant ! La Cabane est climatisée et chauffée. Une vaste terrasse très agréable sur laquelle vous pourrez prendre votre apéritif & petit déjeuner, tout en contemplant la nature (milans, chevreuils, écureuils).

Welcome to our former 19th century farmhouse ideally located overlooking the village of Saint Avit Senieur with its UNESCO World Heritage abbey. The gîte is equipped with a hot tub, a games room (table football, table tennis and billiards), 8 bicycles, and for babies: a cot with side rails, a high chair, a changing mat, a baby bath, a sandpit, a swing, and a bicycle with a baby carrier.
