The accommodation is a separate guest area in the house with its own entrance. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a large living room with a bunk bed, kitchen area and seating area. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and washing machine. A large balcony faces the lake, with seating under a pergola, and guests have their own access to the entire balcony. Possibility to borrow a rowboat and life jackets. Towels and sheets are not included, but are available to rent for SEK 150/set. Cleaning is not included in the accommodation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hot air oven and stove with induction hob etc. Enjoy the views, the sunset and maybe a little northern lights. Take a walk in the woods and cozy up in front of the fire. There is the possibility of a sauna and then a refreshing swim in the sea. Canoe, and 2 SUP boards are available to borrow.

Bed linens & towels can be rented for SEK 50/person Travel bed for children & high chair can be borrowed. Good to know: The main property where the host family lives has a doorbell with a camera.

Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. The cottage is in a quiet residential area with a 500-meter walk to central Mora with the Zorn Museum and proximity to the Vasaloppet Museum, the Vasaloppet finish line, 1 1/5 kilometers to Hemus where the Vasaloppet arena for skiing, running and cycling is located. Tomteland is about 1.5 miles away and worth a visit. The forest is close for lovely walks and spending time. Siljan is within walking distance to the swimming area/Saxviken or the swimming area/Kepphusviken at Mora Park

There is also a toilet with a combined washer and dryer. Bedroom in the basement, one flight down, with shower and sauna and with exit to large balcony with proximity to the river. Close to bus stop with good transportation. Gävle city center is a 40-minute walk through a nice park area along the river.

Relax in this peaceful accommodation in a rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields in Berga village. Within a few kilometers there is the sea, Bergafjärden's beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The town of Njurunda with shops and transportation (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.

Nice berries and mushroom places nearby. There is a small forest lake 30 minutes walk from the cottage.
