The apartment is well located, functional, pleasant, affordable, very quiet, no underfloor heating, extended walks in the nearby forest are available. 10 minutes to the highway exit A7. Our apartment on the lake pond is characterized by the walking distance to Hünfeld city center with good infrastructure. This includes numerous shopping opportunities. The immediate proximity to the Hünfelder leisure activities such as the Haselsee, the outdoor swimming pool, the Bürgerpark, the tennis facilities as well as the indoor swimming pool, etc. make your stay a relaxation. The historic baroque town of Fulda, as well as the Hessian Kegelspiel and the Hochrhön are worth exploring at 10-30 km.

At the foot of the Frauenberg, directly on the Fulda river, we rent a holiday apartment in our historic watermill, renovated in 2021, with up to four sleeping options in two separate bedrooms. Located on the outskirts of Fuldas, the city center can be reached on foot (about 20 minutes) or by bike. Our large yard also offers free parking. Shopping can be reached in two minutes on foot. Two lively, friendly dogs live on the farm.

Beautiful attic apartment, brightly furnished, large panoramic windows, soapstone stove for cold days, space for 4 people, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (a small one without shower, a larger one, see pictures) fully equipped. The shopping market is only 50 meters away, quietly located. Direct connection to cycling and hiking trails. The swimming pool is 250 meters away. Parking right outside the door.

Our apartment is characterized by the special location with far-reaching views of the Rhön panorama, e.g. water soup and Milseburg. The Ulmenstein extra tour and a star park as well as the Basaltsee Ulmenstein are in the immediate vicinity. The baroque town of Fulda is only 20 km away. There you can explore the beautiful cathedral,the great old town and many other beautiful excursion destinations.
