Separate outbuilding with duplex apartment with sleeping gallery, desk, sofa, armchair and table, separate kitchen and shower/toilet, sauna incl. Relaxation area, like-new furnishings, complete renovation in 2001. Landlords live in the main building of a completely refurbished and renovated former farmhouse. The former "pigsty" was converted into a garage and garden house. The apartment is located on the upper floor. The half-timbered construction and the original atmosphere were preserved.

The apartment is in the quiet district of Eybach in the city of Geislingen an der Steige. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and an extra bed. There is also another sleeping area in the living room. There is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stovetop and dishwasher and a lot of kitchen appliances and leaves nothing to be desired. The large terrace invites you to relax.

The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

The apartment is on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures to follow). Perfect to unwind and unwind...

If you want more in nature, you can see the ice cream caves in the Lonetal and Achtal. A parking space is right at the property. In the village, it has a baker and butcher. Other options are about 6 km away.
