A new and fully equipped kitchenette and 2 separate wet rooms. Free parking in front of the house and only a 3-minute walk to the train station. Animal-free non-raural apartment. Ideal for couples, small families as well as fitters seeking comfort and relaxation. Two modern e-scooters can now be rented on site.

The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

The accommodation has a large communal kitchen with an adjoining dining/living area including seating, a sofa and a television. There is space for up to 9 adults in four spacious rooms.
