Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." We offer our 75 sqm granny apartment as accommodation. This is just off the A7 motorway. Street parking is available next to the property. The apartment was renovated and newly furnished after the last rental. In the village there is a bakery and a butcher, as well as a restaurant and also a gas station. Pets are allowed upon request. Distance to Würzburg 20 min. Distance to Schweinfurt 10 minutes. Distance to Kreuzberg/Wasserkuppe 40-45 min.

A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

The accessible apartment (60 sqm) with balcony is in the perfect location between the old town and the highway/industry. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home.
