Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

This stylish apartment, furnished with attention to detail, is very centrally located in Bergrheinfeld. Shopping, bakeries and everyday necessities are within walking distance. The apartment is equipped for 4, max 5 people. The two bedrooms are each equipped with 1.80 m beds. The house is completely renovated. The high ceilings and exposed beams give it a loft-like character. Everything is new, bright and modern. In the bathroom there is a walk-in glass shower.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Quiet, cozy new apartment perfectly located!

The barrier-free apartment (60 m²) with balcony is perfectly located between the old town and the highway/industrial area. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel immediately comfortable. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and the city center is a 5-minute walk.

In the town center there are various shopping facilities, such as grocery stores and drugstores are about 2 km from the apartment. Our bright apartment has 2 rooms (approx. 60 m²). Open living-dining area with kitchen and balcony. Ideal for families. Craftsmen are also welcome.
