The location of the apartment is ideal for excursions and bike rides throughout the Ruhr area. The apartment is located in the middle of the 3 IGA 2027 sites.

The Zollverein Coal Mine Industrial Complex with the Ruhr Museum is about 4 km away. The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min.
