Nice bicycle traces on former railroads allow you to visist the harbour of Gelsenkirchen with some restaurants and nearby the Zoo Zoom. Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis in the architecturally beautiful Moltkeviertel with old villas and lots of greenery. In the immediate vicinity are the "Elisabeth"hospital and the "Huyssenstift". Good highway connection to the A52, A40 and public transport. The Südviertel and the lively Rüttenscheid district are just a 15-20 minute walk away. Here you will find nice cafes, pubs and restaurant. A REWE supermarket is just 900m away (open from 7am - midnight)

A place to relax after an eventful day or an exciting evening. An extra-wide box-spring bed (180 × 200) and a Ligne Roset Multy sofa bed (160 × 200) give everything for a relaxing night's sleep. The free parking space for two cars and right in front of the entrance door makes it easier to arrive without stress.

Hospitality is very important to us! Our cozy and personal apartment is ideal for a short or longer stay in our diverse Mülheim and the surrounding area. Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair city of Essen can be reached in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute is a 5-minute walk, as is the forest and the Ruhr! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!
