Close to Combloux and Megeve ski areas. Also near to Megève for great shopping and restaurants and Saint Gervais for trips up Mont Blanc

A quiet and bright place with several windows overlooking the greenery and the large garden. Ideal for visiting Geneva as it is close to all amenities, and the tram stop is less than a 5-minute walk away. Parking space in front of the house. With a microwave and a coffee machine. Pretty pergola with a dining area in the garden. Please do not smoke inside the cottage.

Beaucoup de charme dans cette maison ancienne mitoyenne de 1820, située dans le vieux hameau d’Arare, sur la commune de Plan les Ouates. Elle donne sur une ruelle peu passante, offrant une atmosphère calme et intime. Le logement a conservé ses éléments d’origine, avec un carrelage en terre cuite au rez de chaussée et un escalier en bois d’époque qui grince légèrement et participe au caractère authentique de la maison. Récemment rénovée, la maison est lumineuse et agréable à vivre.
