A quiet and peaceful single-storey house, fully restored in 2023. The house is located on an equestrian farm that can accommodate horses. Close to the Forêt de Loches with numerous routes for horseback riding, hiking and cycling. Lake Chemillé and its beach supervised by a lifeguard. Genillé municipal swimming pool open in summer (5 km).
