We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Saint Robert, one of ‘Les Plus Beaux Villages des France’, is only a few mins away or 20 min walk.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Small country house in Dordogne (60 m2)

Come and find refuge in this small country house to recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest, to get away from it all (hiking trails, restaurants, rivers, ponds...). Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion. The house (60 m2) is on 2 floors + a mezzanine-bedroom.

Situé à 30 km de Brive , entre Hautefort ( 15 km) et Pompadour ( 20 km) , Terrasson ( 20 km). St Robert ( 5 km), vous y trouverez boulangerie, et épicerie. Le gîte est équipé d'une cuisine avec lave vaisselle et lave linge. Un lit 140 x 200 + 1 lit banquette 90 x 200 + 1 clic clac 90 x190- draps et serviettes fournis. Animaux non acceptés. Bonne connexion internet.

On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchenette, double bedroom, shower room, toilet, cellar Upstairs: double bedroom Terrace: equipped with a plancha, garden furniture and armchairs. You will appreciate the grounds, its viewpoint, the pool to share with your hosts (we will respect your time and privacy) and its sunbathing.

We offer your family a holiday in our 2 bedroom gite, enjoy the natural surroundings, swimming pool and kid friendly atmosphere, with arts and crafts in our atelier, farm animals and land to explore. The ancient red stone gite is set in the main pretty courtyard, with outside dining under the shade of the cherry tree. The gite is light and spacious with all basic amenities.

In the castle park, small house with independent entrance and garden. On the ground floor: Living room with equipped open kitchen, wood-burning stove. Shower room. Separate WC. Bedroom 2 single beds. Upstairs (beware of narrow spiral staircase): Air-conditioned bedroom with 160 cm bed. Equipment: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine. Linens and hand towels provided. Garden with furniture and barbecue. Possibility of access to the Auvezère river 1 km away.

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.
