Very welcoming host and available when needed, parking space nearby, very clean apartment that matches the photos despite being a little out of the way. We stayed one night and it went very well, no noise bothered us. Thank you.

We spent two beautiful days in Genoa, the apartment is small but there is everything you may need, the beds are really comfortable and soft, the location is great, in the middle of the historic center. Leonardo was kind and communication was always great. All in all, a great experience!

The apartment is well equipped and very tidy, with everything you need for your stay. Even arriving from Genoa Principe station, the apartment is easily accessible both on foot and by car. The house, also perfect for 4 adults, is the ideal starting point to visit the city. We found both the bed in the master bedroom and the sofa bed very comfortable. The area is very quiet and the building is quiet. The terrace is also very appreciated. Communication with Benedetta was punctual and constant. We highly recommend both the property and the host! ☺️

Valentina is a great host, super helpful and responds quickly. The flat is really nice, very spacious and clean and in the best location. Would definitely recommend!

Very close to the beach, only 10mins walk from Levanto station, Excellent location. Only short walk you could arrive two supermarkets (Conad and Crai). Host is super friendly and helpful, I can say he is one of my best service experience in airbnb couple of years.

We spent one week at the end of April at six. Communication with Federico has always been great. Very responsive, friendly, welcoming and super flexible in terms of check-in and checkout times. Really no pressure and it's very much appreciated. What about the home, the landscape and the village...just an extraordinary break. Compliant, see even better than pictured! Plus, the weather was also better than expected! It's just extremely beautiful and peaceful. The house is high so you have to be in shape to walk up from the beach. With teenagers, it's feasible. In addition, we cross a nice path to go up. On the other hand, it's difficult if you have toddlers and stroller. The road is narrow and winding but a parking space is available near the house. In this season we had no difficulty parking downstairs, paying but reasonable rates. Aged 13-50, we all highly recommend!!

The house is as shown in the photos. It doesn't lack any details. It is surrounded by nature, ideal if you like to enjoy that type of tourism. It's a bit far from the typical places to visit and there's no supermarket in town; so, before you arrive, if you need to buy food, it's best to buy it beforehand. Otherwise, as for the house itself and Claudio's service, great

One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed! The home itself is perched near the top of the hill in Manarola right next to the church and clock towers (bells ring on the hour and half from 7 am to about 10 pm- :) the view from the shuttered windows and balcony/patio are outstanding! Being up above the busy sea view area really was lovely- felt like I was part of the community. And Giulia is truly the most kind and helpful host❤️🙏🏻❤️. I will absolutely stay here again.

Alessia and Carlo are hosts as we would like to see from everywhere: availability, responsiveness, kindness, hospitality, and helpfulness. They are great advice and incredible patience for anyone who doesn't master Italian. The house is ideally located 10 minutes by car from La Spézia and Alessia will give you all the good tips to park for free near the train station. Not far from the golf of the poets and Portovenere, the village of Ricco del Golfo is quiet and with very pleasant local shops (pasticeria, cafeteria, very cheap restaurant) . As for the house, it is spacious, very convenient, well equipped as advertised and impeccable cleanliness. We liked the immediate proximity to the Cinque Terre, the golf of the poets but also the proximity to Tuscany because we were indeed able, from the house to go to Tuscany and visit Florence Siena and Pisa. Pietro’s place was great! He was always super responsive and helpful. Antonella met us in town and helped us know where to park and then took us to the house to get us settled. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We would stay again and highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment: very clean, well-equipped, with its 2 impeccable bathrooms and a large terrace. In addition, its location very close to the train station is very convenient, as we took the train every day to visit the picturesque villages of the Cinque Terre. The city center and its beach are also very accessible on foot, and even easier with the bikes kindly put at our disposal by Barbara. We had already been to Lavagna in the past few years,but staying in the hotel. Having recently had our third child,they needed a place in a comfortable location,facing the sea and with all the comforts,elevator included. We had an excellent value for money,a nice spacious apartment,equipped with everything you need for a large family like ours. Everything perfectly working,from the TV,to the coffee machine,washing machine, various appliances. In addition, there were very nice books for children and small children. The rooms are very spacious and airy,with a huge balcony that goes around the house,Claudio on our arrival made us find various snacks for breakfast, coffee pods and fresh drinks. What can I say,really an available person,courteous and in a way,also very flexible for check-in and check-out. We will definitely return to Stay at Claudio's, ours was a super pleasant experience!!

Bruno is very nice , surroundings are very nice . You can feel traditionally quiet from BnB. Cozy and relaxing. We would definitely come back.

Stefano's place is easily the coolest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. The apartment has so much personality, making it feel like I've lived there for years. It was well stocked with food and cooking materials for nice meals at home. Very clean and well decorated, equipped everything anybody could need. The location is a bit difficult, as there are a lot of bars nearby playing loud music and some shady crowds, but otherwise it's a splendid place to stay. Close to great restaurants and the town center, as well as some great walking paths and views of the city. Stefano also provided a long list of recommendations, from restaurants to beaches to gelato. I would definitely recommend this option to anybody!

Sabrina is a very kind and caring guest. It makes you feel at home. The apartment is in a stately building, and seeing the sea from the balcony is always an emotion. The strategic location: semi-central area with all kinds of services. And then the dedicated parking space makes the stay a little easier. Thanks again for everything!

We had the best time staying at Carlo and Lucia’s place! The view is spectacular and the home is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe and Lucia and Carlo were fast at answering any questions or requests we might have. We spend a week of vacation with our three little kids and the house was well equipped with everything we needed from baby chair and bed to microwave. Also the city of Recco was a nice experience to visit. We would love to go back!

It was amazing to stay three night the view , sound of the wave , sunset everything was incredible ✨.. and Luca was very helpful and responsive directly . For sure will come again 😍😍
