A nice clean studio room on the 33rd floor. They have a countertop, fridge, washing machine and induction cooker. I can never get the induction cooker to work despite Toto showing us how. You will also need a degree in rocket science to operate the washer/dryer or you can also ask Toto how. Toto take cares of everything really. The free wi-fi is fast with speed up to 400Mbps. The TV in the living room got Netflix if you’re keen. It’s cold and windy on the 33rd floor, you don’t even need to turn on the aircond on if the sliding door is open. I cannot see anything outside the balcony though. It’s mist all day long. There’s a little playground on the 7th floor and a swimming pool for some reason. Really, in 17°C? For older visitors, the tiles are cold and you will curse your luck if you don’t bring your sandals along. The mini mart and eateries on the ground floor are all overpriced so get your supplies from elsewhere. RM8.30 for a large mineral water? There’s a nice sign that say

Great place. Just the building is old, expected as we know it was an old building. But the surrounding to the place quite dark. For stay to rest, it was good… And I like surrounding by sound during the night.

We all family are very happy stay at this homestay...others guess olso same words ...place very nice and beautiful and clean... overall everything is goid like the house and facilities.. Rain was very helpful host. will definitely come again....

rumah sangat besar dan sesuai untuk family yg ramai...ada beberapa isu yg kecil tetapi berjaya diselesaikan oleh owner dalam masa yg singkat...owner yg sgt membantu dan cepat bertindak..bilik yg selesa dan ada ruang tambahan di tingkat atas untuk aktiviti keluarga. .indoor games yg juga disediakan yg sesuai utk anak2..overall sgt berpuas hati ..

The environment is really nice. My family and I had a wonderful time staying here. Only problem was that it was a bit difficult to get any signals on our phones, making it a bit difficult to communicate with the host.

Had an amazing stay at Villa D Templer! The house was super spacious, clean, and perfect for family time. Host even gave us the private pool for free (supposed to be RM 150) — really made our trip more special. We had BBQ and karaoke night, so much fun with the family! The place was peaceful, surrounded by greenery. Host was super friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend for a chill, private getaway. Will definitely come back!

Good place to stay, on the 20th floor. homey. place has restaurants nearby. host is responsive and helpful.

I love this place so much, feel chill and relax during staying at here. And the place is so picturesque every spot is a good photo spot. Especially the workspace on the top, which is very niceeee. I used to climb up there and staring the city view at night with some music playing along. Overall, this is a very good experience for me to stay here!
