Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

An indoor heated saltwater pool is surrounded by large windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. Comfortable seating is positioned nearby, providing a relaxing area. Simple plants enhance the atmosphere, while the white walls reflect the light for a bright environment.

Beach House with indoor pool!

We are thrilled to share our newly renovated Pawleys Island beach house. We truly hope you will love it as much as we do! The whole group will enjoy this spacious house centrally located 5min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor 16x32pool and entertainment room with shuffleboard and 75'' TV are just perfect for those rainy days or in between beach and activities hours. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!!

Welcome to Pawleys Paradise. You will love our quiet coastal cottage on a cul-de-sac street that backs up to the Marsh. Enjoy morning coffee or evening wine on the huge screened in porch. After a long day at the beach we have 3 full bathrooms, (with a tankless water heater) so everyone gets a hot shower to head out to one of the great restaurants in the area. Start up some s’mores in the fire pit. Fishermen bring your boats! Plenty of private parking in driveway. Great golf within minutes.

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. This well built home features just the right mix of modern renovations, wood work, and southern style to include modernized bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, custom lighting, high ceilings with catwalks, floor to ceiling windows, and so much more. The private 440 foot pier in your back yard includes a covered gazebo. It's great for fishing, crabbing, kayaking or just enjoying the peaceful outdoor retreat! It is a short .8 of a mile to the closest beach access where you can enjoy the ocean.

The outdoor space features a private heated pool surrounded by a patio and trees. There is a swing set nearby, and outdoor seating can be seen along the edge of the pool. The house with multiple windows provides a view of the serene backyard.

This place is truly a retreat- a 3 bedroom house on the beautiful Black River in Georgetown. Four kayaks provided, swim or fish off the dock just a few steps from the house.

Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.
