I extended my stay by two weeks. From my original four/five weeks and just finished reviewing my four week stay. This is also the fourth or fifth time I have stayed here—this should be a positive review in itself. Apartment is lovely and in a great location! Please see my previous reviews.

This apartment is amazing! It’s incredibly cozy, especially thanks to the abundance of plants that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The balcony is a gem – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy your time. The host is super responsive and helpful, making communication easy and enjoyable. Everything was perfectly organized. The only small downside is that the apartment is on the 6th floor with no elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, be prepared for a bit of a workout. But honestly, it’s totally worth it – I would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay in this tastefully decorated apartment. It was full of books and so much trivia in general that we really enjoyed it. Our daughter loved running around the place and constantly kept asking us when we will go back to our Airbnb. Highly recommend this place to everyone. If you have luggage then the lift is quite an adventure :)

Mathew was very supportive and friendly in everything to be honest. A true super host. The apartment was good. The location is great. Less then a minute walk to a huge super market (Fresco), the apartment is above the bank of georgia. Walking distance to a park and many other bakeries and groceries. Absolutely convenient for short stay. As for longer stays, there are 1 tiny disadvantage which is that the apartment is in the inside of the complex, so you cannot see anything but the buildings. You are circled by buildings in a way that there is no natural light whatsoever. We had to turn on lights even in the morning as it was almost always dark. Aslo, the upper level neighbors does not walk, only run and jump, so you gotta live with the bumpings sounds over your head. But well I guess that is how all commercial/complexes buildings are built. Conclusion: I would definitely come back and visit if matthew would welcome me back, however I will not if my stay is longer then 2 weeks.

An excellent place to stay. Very spacious, with beautiful views of the waterfront and planes taking off and landing. The host is responsive and always helpful, quickly addressing any requests. The apartment is warm and has everything you need. The neighborhood is under development, so there might be some construction activity, but I believe this will improve soon.

Nice neat apartment! Everything you need is there, whether you want to stay short or long term. The photos correspond to reality. There are many supermarkets within walking distance, which is certainly a plus. Maia gives super clear instructions without being pushy. I really enjoyed my stay!

This apartment is incredible!! we felt right at home. Lasha is an excellent host, he responded very quickly and he literally saved us and ensured our best comfort. Check-in was seamless, we easily found the entrance, and there was a small welcome gift in the room. The apartment is bright, with a surprising view of a quiet courtyard with trees and even a mountain. Better than on the photos. The building has a 24-hour grocery store and a bistro with delicious food. We highly recommend this place to anyone who loves stylish interiors and comfort. We would be delighted to stay here again.

Mamuka’s place was a terrific experience Nice views , great location, and he has set it up really well with literally everything you need (toiletries , bath robe, towels , etc) … it’s basically hotel quality how it’s set up There is also a 24 hr grocery store right in front of the building which is superior convenient for getting whatever you need Nice gym in basement (though you pay separately) so you can go without having to walk outside in freezing winter Overall just terrific , can’t imagine what more you can want for stay in tbilisi

Adoramos a estadia, studio exatamente como nas fotos, muita comodidade, cozinha completa! Tinha um mercadinho em frente e um mercado maior e mais completo a cerca de 500metros do edifício! Vano respondeu sempre muito rápido e sempre atencioso. Tudo perfeito, a única coisa que poderia melhorar é a internet que ficava parando de funcionar e voltando varias vezes durante o dia!

Прекрасная квартира с отличным видом на горы и море, в квартире есть абсолютно все для комфортной жизни и отдыха, парой, одному или с детьми. Хозяева квартиры были к нам очень добры, внимательны и гостепримны, наверное лучше придумать просто невозможно. Однозначно рекомендую!

Awesome apartment with an awesome host! My parents stayed in this apartment, and they say it's the best rent apartment they've ever been to. Everything is tidy and clean, all amenities are in place, the apartment is very cozy, bright and warm, and it's quiet at night. The view from the balcony is terrific. Tea is very responsive and hospitable. The building is conveniently located close to the city center, railway and metro stations, and there is a trading center nearby too. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely come back. Thank you Tea!

All good things mentioned in my previous review are still there. Nice, recently built neighborhood, new building. The apartment is recently renovated, bright and clean with a big balcony. Rooms have huge windows. Full size bath, washing machine, air conditioner, refrigerator, water heater (tap water, room heating) - all the equipment is new and is working well. Nice view to the mountains and the city. Nice and quiet neighbors. Metro station is in 10 min walk distance - a convenient way to get to and from the city. Shopping malls and supermarkets (Carrefour, Universami, Fresco), big food market, bank offices and currency exchange points, pharmacies and small shops are in 10-15 min walk distance. A very nice and quiet place to stay.

This is a very, very beautiful house! Located in a rather old building (we estimate it to be at least 150 years old), the interior has been completely renovated and is decorated magnificently, as if it came straight out of a design magazine. The amenities are excellent, it is close to everything, situated in a lovely neighborhood, and the house is filled with beautiful, vibrant plants. We stayed there with great pleasure and left feeling very satisfied. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

House is just a gem! Location was perfect for us, but also a quick ride into downtown. The house and grounds are all incredible. We were there in the winter and it was lovely, but it must be incredible over the summer. Tamara was a very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

Nunu was a magnificent host. This was a visit with a difference and once Nunu was aware of the things that were needed, she really worked hard and beyond what was expected to ensure that our needs were met and surpassed! She became part of our family for the week and helped beyond expectation. The property, its location and equipment were again, beyond expectation. Short and inexpensive taxi journeys into the city and everything you need at your fingertips. The local shop was well stocked with friendly, helpful staff. In short, Nunu provided the perfect property in the perfect location and at the same time, went above and beyond what was expected. My family adored her.

Прибыли в 22:30, хозяйка нас ждала, объяснила, как доехать, была все время на связи, отвечала очень быстро на все вопросы. дом великолепный, ( с наружи дом в процессе стройки( достраивается 2 и 3 этаж, но это не мешает, дом внутри прекрасен) в доме 2 спальни: 1 спалня- 1 двухспальная кровать, комната очень просторна. 2 спальня- 3 односпальные кровати. большая гостиная соедененая с кухней. в гостиной ( очень большая и уютная) есть 2 дивана на которых также можно спать. ( нас было 6 человек и все разместились с комфортом) кухня оборудована всем необходимым. большая территория. открывается шикарный вид на горы, великолепный воздух. дом находиться на окраине Местии, если вы как и мы ищите тишину и покой то этот дом для вас. насладиться тишиной, воздухом, природой то вам сюда. большое спасибо хозяйки за все... в следующий раз в Местии только у вас😘

Абсолютно замечательное место проживание, все продумано до мелочей, есть все что необходимо и даже больше. Вот из некоторых шокирующих факторов: - Есть сушилка для вещей - Тропический душ и шланг для туалета - 2е комнаты - 2а кондиционера - 2 телевизора - Огромный холодильник - Печь - Двухместная классная и удобная кровать Все выглядит так будто недавно был ремонт, все вещи в лучшем качестве. Не получилось уехать на поезде с утра, только вечерний рейс, хозяин пошел на встречу и позволил выселение па час позже. Настоятельно рекомендую к заселению, были даже мысли переехать сюда на более долгой срок, однако все даты заняты.

This was our third trip to Georgia in 2024, but our inaugural visit to Bakuriani. Bakuriani captivated us with its beauty, offering a unique blend of autumn ambiance, chilly weather, rain, and snowfall all within three days. Conveniently located near a dog park, we enjoyed a delightful day mingling with horses and huskies. Our host was exceptionally gracious, accommodating us on short notice with a warm welcome. For our safety, he thoughtfully installed cameras in the front and back yards. A heartfelt thank you to our host!

The house is located on a hill in a traditional neighborhood without any tourists, so you can experience real Georgian life, but in a walking distance to the Old Town. There are also a few great viewpoints, often overlooked by tourists, offering beautiful views of the city and sunset. One of them is at the dead end of Chaisubani Street (41.704761, 44.807957). Tamara is a great and friendly host who can help with everything. I had an issue with the washing machine, and she resolved it quickly. The house is a two-story building with its own yard. Both floors have a living room. The ground floor also has a kitchen and a bedroom. Everything was clean and decorated with love. The second floor has two bedrooms and a balcony. The master bedroom is a bit dark but quite comfortable and cozy. The living room upstairs is also very nice and cozy. The only downside is that some beds have a mesh spring base, which may not be suitable for people with back or neck issues. Thank you for hosting me.

Lia is a great host, and the apartment is amazing. It's modest but with all the necessary amenities. It's great value for money and the perfect choice for budget travelers.
