Lovely apartment with an amazing host 👌🏻 The location is great between the new and old Batumi, all the sights are within a walking distance. Host is available and allowed us to wait for our flight in the apartment. The size of the apartment is impressive, huge bedrooms and high ceilings, good quality furniture. We will definitely come back here, highly recommend 👍♥️

We’ve had an incredible time at Giorgi’s house. Comfortable little terrace with a breeze from the sea, barbecue zone, parking space under the house in the shade, walkable long shore is all yours. Giorgi is very friendly and talkative. You might be lucky to hear a cool story from him. It’s an extra bonus!

We stayed with a large group of 3 families, 9 people, including 3 children. The rooms are cozy, clean, as described. There is everything you need. Felt like home. The location is most advantageous, just a step away. Separately, it is necessary to say about Levan and his wife Leje: wonderful people, always ready to help and advise. We will definitely stay at Levan's place next time

Very well located accommodation for visiting Batumi, pleasant accommodation, small courtyard for eating. The host was very welcoming and very friendly.

Great place. Beautiful and cozy. New. Comfortable. Breathtaking view. And anyone who has no fitness agenda upstairs is really excellent for this. The place is clean and relaxing. Our stay in Nikortsminda was made truly special through not only the exquisite property but also Archil’s unwavering dedication as a host. I wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem for a unique and memorable stay in the region of Racha.

Great house, especially for big companies. Every room has a private bathroom and balcony, so it feels like there are four private suites. We were here shortly after New Years and the house was beautifully decorated - there was a huge Christmas tree in the common room, and there were Santas (one of them hanged from the balcony on the second floor!). Great kitchen with a lot of utensils. Host was very helpful and welcoming, and we'll definitely stay here when we are back in Bakuriani.

Marine is so kind everything else is and added bonus. The home is exactly how it looks ok the photos, You have a private room, it's a bedroom/slash workspace/ living room but it's all how you use the space creatively. You have a private good sized kitchen, you have a private toilet and a private shower/laundry room. there are directly in the hallway outside of the bedroom/ living room. All rooms are only accessible by keys (1 per room) that only you will have. It's quiet, private, cozy, and safe. Walkability 1000 percent. City bus access a few steps away, Charter bus company Lüks Karadeniz ti Türkiye is a few streets away, there's markets everywhere. This is one of a very few streets with big beautiful trees so when you walk out of the building it's beautiful. The picture shows it as a pink building, but it was recently painted a deep green wit white trim.
