Villa holiday rentals in Georgia

We stood at Serenity Villa for 3 nights, including New Year’s night. Tamar is very kind, responsive and caring. She answered and helped with all of our questions and queries. There were everything that was listed in the description: towels, bathrobes, shampoo, etc. Also host provided us with additional towels, sheets and blankets on our request. Everything was clean and comfy. We were company of 12, and there were enough space, beds and bathrooms for all of us. Also kitchen is well equipped, it was very great to find, that we can serve our festive table with tableware we found at the Villa. The territory of the Villa is spacious and well-equipped. There are places to sit, even in winter because there was outdoor heater. Also there is a nice barbecue place. You can sit outside and enjoy really beautiful view! It was pleasure spending time here and celebrating New Year! Thank You!

المسكن رائع وهادئ وواسع مع حديقة مليئة بالفواكه صاحبة المنزل عظيمة جداً و خدومه و استقبلتنا افضل استقبال وتوديع. في مشترياتنا اليومية تنقلنا الى السوبر ماركت وغيرها كخدمة منها وجبة افطار متكاملة يومياً بالاضافة الى مساعدتين لتنظيف وترتيب السكن كسبنا في زيارتنا صديقة للعائلة انصح بالسكن ولكن معلومة ومذكورة في وصف البيت انه بعيد نوعاً ما عن السكان

Домик очень приятный, есть камин, посудомойка, стиральная машина. Отдыхали друзьями 13 человек, жарили шашлык, ходили в сауну, купались в бассейне. Все было хорошо. К сожалению нам не повезло с погодой, и в доме было холодно спать ночью. Мы выбрали подогреть бассейн (за дополнительную плату 300 лари) вместо того чтобы подогреть дом. Не знали, что подогревание бассейна будет за дополнительные деньги, и что на выбор будет либо теплый дом, либо теплый бассейн.

This was a lovely house with great amenities and beautiful yard. We stayed as a large family and it was perfect. Bathrooms for each bedroom is a great feature. The living and dining area downstairs was great to hang out as well as great outside seating. Hosts met us there when we arrived and were super helpful and welcoming. They gave us information about the area and were very responsive over the phone as well when we had questions. The house it very close to the beach and we could walk back and forth easily. The outside shower was a really nice feature when getting back from the beach to wash off all the sand. There is a small grocery store nearby that has all the necessities if you don’t want to drive out of the town. We tried a couple of open air restaurants nearby as well and everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend.

Great host, very friendly and very responsive. The house was beautiful, lots of space, comfortable beds, everything we needed for a relaxing couple of days. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thank you for being such a great host!

Our stay at Qeta Villa was absolutely perfect! Everything exceeded our expectations — the villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The location was peaceful and offered a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being close enough to everything we needed. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay special. Communication with the host was smooth and very helpful. This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! I can’t begin to tell you how much I recommend this house

Irakli’s place felt like home! It was very clean and comfortable. Irakli is such a great host! We missed our flight connection, and we got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours. Our parents came on time, but they had no idea what to do. Irakli arranged an easy arrival for our parents, even taking them to the store to buy some basics. The house was our favorite place in Batumi. Anywhere we went, we always looked forward to coming back to this beautiful house with a nice, fresh pool! Thank you for making our family reunion the best experience because of your house!

Поездка выдалась отличной, доброжелательный и очень приветливый хозяин! Очень уютный и комфортный дом. Выделенные спальни, что максимально удобно для размещения нескольких гостей. Имеется все удобства. Все техника идеально работает. В квартире имеется стиральная машина, холодильник, газовая плитка, все кухонные принадлежности, сушилка, телевизор. Также имеется дополнительное постельное белья. Для больших групп людей все очень удобно. Местоположение хорошая. Хозяин апартамент очень доброжелательный Встретил, обустроил! Одним словом рекомендую 👍

We rented a cottage for two days. There were 4 families with children. In reality, the cottage looks better than in the photos. I liked everything: the territory of the yard and the bathhouse and inside the house. Bed linen and towels were clean and for each person. In the kitchen, you could cook for yourself. All equipment was in good working order.

Очень уютный и обжитой дом! 6 спален, камин, большая ухоженная территория. Приезжали с собаками, собакам было, где побегать :) Есть мангал, духовка и хорошая плита, так что мы много готовили. Много посуды, включая форму для выпекания, например. Всё очень чисто, вокруг тишина, классные виды на горы.
