Das spätgotische Wohnhaus von 1519 ist das älteste, erhaltene Wohngebäude im Stadtteil Untermhaus & wurde in 4 Jahren sehr aufwendig restauriert & saniert. Aus der ehemaligen Bauruine ist ein kleines Schmuckstück geworden. Besonderen Wert wurde auf den Ausbau mit ökologischen Baustoffen, wie Lehm & Luftkalke, Lehmfarben gelegt. Viele alte historische Bauteile wurden wieder eingebaut. Bei den Rückbauarbeiten wurde im 1.OG eine weitere, handbemalte ca. 500 Jahre alte Bohlendecke entdeckt.

Das riesen Wohnzimmer bietet Platz zum Tanzen oder einfach nur gemütlich am Ofen zu sitzen, Tischtennis zu spielen oder zu kickern. Im Bad gibt es eine geschlossene Badewanne mit Musik und eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtet. Vier Schlafzimmer gibt es mit je zwei Betten 😊 Außerdem Bücher und Spiele.

As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. If you come with a child, you can draw from our large repertoire of indoor and outdoor toys and get active with trampoline jumping. Included in the price are towels, sheets and final cleaning.

Our garden, somewhat wild and enchanted, covers a total area of about 12,000 square meters and invites you to explore. Here everyone will find their personal favorite place between the old trees, stream and meadow. For a special end to the day, our fireplace can be used. Unwind!

Vacation home in the countryside

Barrier-free apartment in our single-family house in rural idyll in East Thuringia near the Saale dams, the Plothener ponds on the A9 exactly between Berlin and Munich. The Saalfeld fairy grottoes, the Leuchtenburg near Kahla, Jena, Gera, Weimar are not too far away. Here you can hike (the roads are also wheelchair accessible), watch animals or simply relax on the terrace. Infants up to 2 years old and children up to 6 years old are welcome.
