The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ. The apartment is located in a small village situated 2 minutes from the woodland walking routes and 5 minutes from the local traditional German pub. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

You live in a one-room flat with a kitchen and a bathroom. You can find everyday essentials (supermarket, bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, etc.) within a few minutes’ walk of our building. Fresh eggs are available at the farm next door and a small fruit & vegetable market takes place diagonally opposite in the old dairy house every Saturday.

This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. From the outside with old beautiful sandstone, from the inside modern. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with a family bed (3 m) where we sleep 4 :) The couch can be pulled out.
