The Swallows Nest is a large apartment for 4 people that is family-friendly. The half-timbered walls are plastered with clay, creating a cozy indoor climate. Wood and natural materials give the apartment a special charm. The Schwalbennest vacation home has 65 m² on the second floor of the renovated side building of the Buschmühle and has a bedroom with a double bed (individually possible), a bedroom with single beds (together possible) and a living area with an integrated kitchen and a small bathroom with shower/toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge/freezer, toaster and coffee maker. Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests. If you need a highchair, please contact us. Please note that all apartments are non-smoking apartments and no pets can be brought along.

This flat (#7) includes two single-beds, a mini-fridge, workspace, sofa and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

It's getting cold – time for cosiness and contemplation. You look out of your cosily heated car at a dreamy landscape in hibernation, come to rest and think about how to proceed. Then you go hiking, or sit on the terrace and make a campfire. After a guided tour of the grounds of our community at Schloss Gersdorf, we will let you sink into your beanbag and continue to ponder the meaning of life! Irritable is the new organic!

Gretel's favorite spot

Gretel's favorite place is in our half-timbered house, in a small settlement on the edge of the Zellwald. The apartment is 32 m². You are in the middle of nature, here the fox and rabbit say good night. Your apartment is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love. You can relax in our large, original garden, use the playground, but are also quickly on the highway to explore the surrounding area.

Sleep on the rooftops of Leipzig! A cozy, fully furnished apartment in the heart of Leipzig awaits you! Renovated and lovingly furnished, it invites up to 2 people to stay. The zoo is directly opposite, the city center with its numerous possibilities is practically across the street and the major attractions such as the arena and stadium are within walking distance.

Vacation home in a nature reserve & close to the city

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
