In the heart of the Grande Champagne, in a 17th century farmhouse, this 130 m2 accommodation can accommodate 6 people but can accommodate up to 12 people during the day (large dining room). This accommodation has all the amenities: high-speed Wi-Fi, home cinema (Netflix, Prime Video...), laundry room with washer and dryer. Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Many activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden, making it a true oasis for biodiversity!
