Our completely newly renovated and equipped vacation rental is located on our company premises. It is bright, open-cut and located on the ground floor. All necessary shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. The distance to the Sachsenring race track is just 13 km. The culturally rich Ore Mountains landscape and the grounds of the Federal Garden Show in the immediate vicinity invite you to interesting, romantic and eventful excursions and hikes.

As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. This charming apartment is located on the 1st floor of a lovingly restored, listed building and offers a unique ambience. Everything is housed in a spacious room, only the bathroom is separated. The open living-sleeping-cooking and dining area is flooded with lots of natural light from morning to evening thanks to the high ceilings and large wooden windows. Overall, you can expect a bright, friendly atmosphere that invites you to feel good.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo. The couch can be used as a full bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large wardrobe.

It´s an ideal start for walking, bicycle or skiing tours in the beautiful Ore Mountains.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water.
