Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Gerswalde

We stayed here for our visit to do the Berlin Half Marathon. Great location with easy tram route access. Clean and tidy. Nice and spacious kitchen area. More than big enough for 6 of us. Nice bathrooms. Great communication from Oliver. Easy check in, Oliver was waiting for us on arrival.

Matthias' place is great - lots of space, very clean, lots of equipment e.g. in the kitchen, Wi-Fi, shopping around the corner (Rewe, Edeka & Penny) and very easy communication. The only minor point of criticism (but you know this beforehand if you look at the map) is that the property is quite far (about 30 minutes walk) from downtown /port area, buses are only very irregular. For this, the water can still be reached quickly (about 5 minutes) and there is also a swimming pool there. So highly recommended overall.

Anna was super accommodating and very friendly. The place was clean and exactly matched the pictures. The surrounding area is beautiful and quiet. Can recommend the tiny house to anyone who needs some peace and distance from the stress of the city.

Roumiana was a wonderful host! Check-in was straightforward and the house very clean and cozy. The amenities left nothing to be desired, and the quiet location made our stay perfect. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. Thank you for everything, Roumiana!

Great house for a nice time with friends or friends. The garden is large and equipped with all (playful) niceties. We really enjoyed our family, birthday and Easter holidays. Absolutely recommended is the 'market economy‘ in the village. Great service, delicious food and bowling if wanted. In addition, there are individual small farm shops and a nice coffee roastery. ;)

For the 2nd time we had booked the place and it was all wonderful again! The location to the S-Bahn with which you are quickly in the city center or at the airport and the quiet surroundings are top. There was nothing missing in the house. Glad to come back!

The stay was just wonderful – just the kind of peace and quiet you want after the hustle and bustle of a big city. The idyllic location and the fantastic views have provided pure relaxation and immediately put us in the holiday mood. As a group, it was incredibly difficult for us to leave this lovingly furnished house after just two days – we felt so comfortable. A special highlight was the spacious barbecue, which gave us cozy evenings under the open air. If you value peace, comfort and a warm, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to be. We will definitely be happy to come back and highly recommend this place!

We rented Gunnar's place to spend a weekend in nature. Gunnar's home is very cozy and private and the closes path through the forest is just 5 minutes away. The decoration and the furnishing is quite lovely. I can only recommend :)

Michael's place was perfect for our trip and had everything we needed. It was walking distance from everything we wanted to see. Michael was a perfect host and was very communicative with me prior and during our trip. We would recommend anyone coming to Berlin to consider Michael's AirBnB.

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped. It is very well located, well connected to the important touristic sights in the city and there is a very good supermarket around the corner. The communication with the host was great and she was very flexible with the check-in time.

The property is just super. There were four of us but there is room for 6 people. The shower deserves a special mention. We've never had such a nice shower. With three ladies in the company, this is definitely worth an extra mention. Around the corner is a large supermarket. Across the street is the Mauerpark. There's always something to do there. We had super nice weather so we also enjoyed the park. In our house, you did not notice that the park was across the street. In the neighborhood some super nice restaurants, all within walking distance (max. 20 minutes). In short, a great location to check out Berlin. We will definitely be back here. Oh yes, we were by car. Tip: Kulturbrauerei parking garage. 15-minute walk away. Highly recommended. Emil, thank you so much for letting us use your home!

Great apartment for four persons. Best area with many options for both kids and adults.

The perfect accommodation for my business vacation in Berlin. The apartment is easy to reach, beautifully decorated, a very cozy bed and was sparkling clean. Pleasantly hot water in the shower. Berlina's communication was proactive and warm. Everything about the stay, check-in & -out was very well organized. I would book again anytime!

This is a perfect place for 3-4 people, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, groceries, and shopping centers. The apartment was very clean, with all the required amneties. The apartment is also on the ground floor and quiet for this neighborhood. Toni is a great host, responsive and gave us a lot of local recommendations. We will definitely recommend this place for travel to Berlin.

Great, spacious apartment and amazing hospitality! The location is a bit far from the center of Berlin, with the ride (by public transport) taking 30-40 minutes to Mitte. Still, certainly well worth it if you don’t mind the ride!

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment very much. The beautiful neighborhood and the calm much appreciated after the days of wandering around the city. Amélie was very receptive. Very clean apartment. The sofa that can serve as a bed is comfortable.

We had a wonderful time here. The apartment is really large, cozy, plenty of space and everything you need. We will be happy to come back. Two beds are easy to put in the living room, so you have three bedrooms if needed.

From the moment we arrived, Katharina made us feel truly at home. She is not only a wonderfully warm and welcoming host, but also incredibly organized, offering clear instructions and good recommendations. The thoughtful touches, like chocolates, snacks, and refreshing drinks waiting for us in the fridge,made all the difference. Even more special was her personal welcome. We were 4 people staying for two nights, and the flat was absolutely perfect for us: cozy, bright, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and the living room had just the right space for us to relax together. The area is full of bars, restaurants, and with a safe and friendly atmosphere. Cozy big apartment in a peaceful side street to Ku 'damm. Susanne was very sweet and welcoming and we felt welcome and well received. Great train connections close by and lots of great restaurants. Lovely neighborhood - we would love to come again!
