The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

We would like to welcome you to our cozy apartment in the countryside in the village of Pleißa. The apartment is conveniently located. Due to the proximity to the A4 and A72 motorways, you can quickly reach cities worth seeing such as Dresden, Leipzig and Weimar, or the beautiful Westerzgebirge. You can reach the city of Chemnitz by car in about 15 minutes. Just around the corner there is a nice playground for the smaller children. You can explore the area on many hiking trails.

Our apartment is located in the beautiful Ore Mountains, in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Suitable for couples, solo travelers, families with up to 3 children or even business travelers. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee. Fantastic views from your rooms. In the garden nice seating/smoking area, partly covered. Playground, bakery, butcher and supermarkets close by. Gladly with a dog. Parking? Of course on our property.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a natural light bathroom with bathtub/shower. The living room is furnished with a cozy couch, TV chair, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and stereo system. The couch can be used as a full-fledged extra bed for 1-2 persons. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.
