Monthly Rentals in Giaveno

We had a great time in this spacious, bright, and very well equipped house. Property is gated and secure. The area is rich in activities and shops accessible by car. Federico was always available and responsive before and during the stay.

very pleasant stay, perfect location, a 15-minute walk from Giaveno; clean accommodation, I could not always say the same as the other Airbnbs where I have been: in fact, I would say that it is a summary cleaning done in a hurry what normally distinguishes Airbnbs (along with the clogged furniture that gives the very idea of having been taken in bulk just to make the decor). Well, this was not the case with this perfectly clean place and with well-stocked furniture. I really recommend this place to anyone who goes to Giaveno and its surroundings.

The place is very recently built - it really tastes new - but in a building and with a traditional style. There are all the comforts possible and the cleanliness is impeccable. In addition, Nicoletta's 24-hour availability and her grace are really special. You can buy breakfast, which is prepared with the very typical and fragrant products of the bakery/food/gastronomy of the owners, active on the ground floor: it is very good! Great location to visit the nearby Sacra di San Michele such as Turin (Venaria Reale and Stupinigi are halfanhour away), to explore the Susa Valley and everything else. The accommodation is in a quiet hamlet and dominates a weave of streams, the center of Giaveno is three kilometers away and deserves to be lived for its liveliness but especially for the presence of numerous typical Piedmontese restaurants: there is plenty of choice. Dogs are welcome and welcome anywhere. Highly recommended accommodation, with the hope that we can come back one day.
