Accommodation as advertised, clean and in good condition. Conveniently located close to the station and tram Amélie was very responsive, available and accommodating to allow us to collect the keys. Have a great stay!

very nice accommodation, the outside is pleasant. very well-equipped accommodation ( think laundromat between the 2 levels ) . very close to the city center on foot (1min) and the shopping area by car ( 2min ) . the courtyard is very convenient to park.

Booked as part of an EVJF weekend, we had a great time. The setting is relaxing and the hosts are very warm, accommodating and responsive. We had the opportunity to make our evening in the reception room. Room that we were able to organize as we wanted.

The small terrace on the front is well exposed, having been lucky to have sunshine I was able to enjoy it. I had a good week. You can rent without any problem. Thank you Pedro 👍🏻

The house proposed by Julien and Anna has the necessary amenities to have a pleasant stay. The presence of two shower rooms is a plus. Close to Sancerre, it makes it easy to shine in the area.

Johan was the kindest and most caring host I have ever had. When I was puzzled by some French kitchen appliances, he sent photos, explanations and took the time necessary for me to figure them out. The house is magnificent and his design touches are spectacular. I especially loved the gorgeous, colorful tile floor and the beautiful dishes. Sancerre is a lovely sweet town.

A perfect family reunion. The accommodation is true to the photos and description, it feels very nice, like at home. Everything is well thought out to make your stay as satisfying as possible. Everything is really there, add to that the availability and kindness of the hosts and you found your gem. The gloomy weather didn't matter as the place is nice! Thank you again for your beautiful renovation and project!
