The property comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a large living room divided into two sections.

It is 5 km from the city of Gien, 4.5 km from the Briare Canal Bridge, and the circuit of the Loire à Vélo. Many walks and bike tours are offered in the area. It is possible to park the bikes. The adaptable reception is scheduled at 17h. and departure at 11am .. The beds (180 and 140cm) are made on arrival.

120 m² house with living room on the ground floor - dining room, open kitchen. Two bedrooms (1 bed of 160 cm and 1 bed of 180 cm possibility to separate them into 2 beds of 90 cm), bathroom as well as a shower room. Separate toilet.
