It is a small nest with a living room with kitchen, its dining area, a bedroom area (new sofa bed in 160*200 + 1 driver) and a bathroom refurbished in winter 2024. An exposed balcony IS to enjoy the sun for breakfast and a parking space complete the property.

It is close to beaches (15 minute walk), coves (by the coastal path), shops (5 min walk) and the pier to Porquerolles (about 2 km). Renée Sabran Hospital is a 2-minute walk to the residence. The apartment also has a private space in the residence, closed by an electric gate.
