It is a fully equipped studio on Miramar Beach in a quiet and secure residence with a reserved parking space. View of the sea and the islands. Wide choice of restaurants and shops. The beach is at your feet as well as a pétanque court (balls available). At the port, shuttles in summer, to Porquerolles and to St Tropez, in winter depart from the port of Hyeres. L'Argentière Beach is a 15-minute walk away. Check-in after 2pm and checkout before 12pm, self-contained. Booking is possible all year round.

Designed to accommodate up to 6 people, we have created with heart, a space combining comfort and authenticity, offering a beautiful experience a few steps from the water. You will be awakened by the gentle lapping of the waves, ready to enjoy a sunny day :) The +: direct access to the water at the bottom of the hut, which also allows a wingfoil departure!

Bright suite 50 m from the sea, terrace, parking

Charming renovated studio, ideally located on the port of Carqueiranne. Located 50 metres from the beaches, shops and restaurants. However, it remains very quiet, perfect for disconnecting and having everything around. It includes a bathroom / toilet, an equipped American kitchen, a double bed with memory foam mattress. Pets are allowed, but we ask you to respect the residence. Autonomous arrival possible depending on your feelings and your arrival times.

Studio 30 meters from La Bergerie Beach

My place (redone in 2023) is close to the beach (30 meters), a supermarket, beach equipment, bakery, family-friendly activities, sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing, jet skiing. You will also love Almanarre beach, 5 minutes away (kite surfing) For your information, in view of the high demand, during the summer period (July and August) only stays of a minimum of seven days can be validated and only from Saturday to Saturday.

Studio on the Giens Peninsula

I offer you my nice 24 m2 studio enjoying a central location between the village of Giens and Almanarre beach. The pier for the island of Porquerolles is a 15-minute walk away. It is a small nest with a living room with kitchen, its dining area, a bedroom area (new sofa bed in 160*200 + 1 armchair) and a bathroom refurbished in winter 2024. An EAST-facing balcony to enjoy the sun at breakfast and a parking space complete the property.

Modern garden house close to everything

Our 80 m2 accommodation is located in the countryside of Hyères, very well located 2 km from the city center and 3 km from the nearest beach, a large supermarket as well as all shops will be 2 minutes from the accommodation, you can park your cars just in front of the front door of the house Guests can take advantage of the outdoors with two dining areas around a barbecue and a real bowling alley.

Beachfront studio at La Bergerie Beach

The studio is our little corner of paradise located directly on the beach of La Bergerie. We particularly appreciate the beautiful sea views and shallow water. It's ideal for children, but we too, the older ones, enjoy the calm water. If you wake up early enough in the morning, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise.
