It has a 50 square meter living room with open kitchen and adjoining loggia (10 square meters), two bedrooms and two bathrooms (bathtub/ shower). Location: close to the city center and the train station (500 m each). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard, a car in the private parking lot (150 m).
