Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

The kitchen lounge, the dining room, and the 2 bedrooms have a breathtaking view of the sea from the 4th. 1 bedroom with sea views of 180 ° thanks to a bay overlooking the beach + a bay overlooking Sète through the dining room. Located between Mourèze and Clermont l'Hérault, the Workshop, a former cement tile manufacturing workshop, is an 80 m2 cottage nestled in a small valley of the large classified site, five minutes from all amenities. The house is on a wooded plot of three hectares, close to Lake Salagou, Villeneuvette, Saint-Guillem-le-Désert and of course the Cirque de Mourèze. The house, garden and terrace are independent and not overlooked.
