Practical studio with separate entrance to the house. There's plenty of storage space, a table, TV, shower and toilet, watching machine, as well as a large bed that can be converted into 2 single beds. You'll be able to cook for yourself thanks to a small kitchenette with integrated fridge, electric hob, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. You can eat outside or read a book on a deckchair on the garden terrace. Parking free and garage for motorbikes or bicycles

The Gîte de l'Ecureuil is located on an organic farm with a farmer baker and a basket weaver. At the gates of Quercy, overlooking the Garonne valley, in a quiet and wild environment, where you will enjoy a pond and forest paths. The Gîte des Érables, property under outdoor video surveillance system. The wooded property is located a short walk from the Canal du Midi and thus Lake Bergon. There is a large pool to share to enjoy the sunny days. The municipality of Lamagistère is located 15 km from Agen -47-. Nearby you will find many shops, restaurants as well as the Walygator amusement park 20 min away. The nearest train station is less than 1 km from the property.

The cottage has independent access and an outdoor area with a fully private pool under a beautiful oak tree and with views of the fields and forest.
