After renovation of the Chateau de Candeze dating from 1480,located in one of the most beautiful villages in France,we have rehabilitated the lower part of the castle,to make it a 100 m2 apartment with private access on one of the most beautiful streets of this medieval village. Quiet,rest,freshness awaits you in,inside or old paving, stone vault,old doors,antique furniture create the decor. Spacious apartment with a large family room. You will have access to a big adjoining park.

La Petite Maison de Rouyré is a charming, independent house of 90 m2, located in the middle of the hilly landscapes of the Gaillac vineyard. Located in the top of our cellar, where we vinify natural wines, in a group of buildings from the 12th to the 18th century, it is located in the heart of a particularly calm and peaceful hamlet. In Occitan, Cambrou means small room under the roof, so it was logical to give it this name since it is an attic. It has just been completely refurbished and is located just below the Royal Fortress, facing south, offering a breathtaking view of the Aveyron Gorges below.

Welcome to the Laguépie pavilion, born from our interest in architecture and the desire to offer our family a vacation home in our native region. Neither a real house nor a cabin, this 70m2 vacation spot is more of a retreat for those seeking to recharge batteries in a green setting (4500m2 of wooded land and stone terraces), all while being within easy walking distance of all necessities.

La Chouette, Cozy Retreat with Breathtaking Views

La Chouette is a picturesque and private two-level village house nestled in the medieval center of Saint Antonin Noble Val. Hand-crafted wooden cabinetry and a curved staircase add warmth and charm. A walled garden with lower and upper terraces provide a spectacular view across the Aveyron river to wooded hills topped by the Roc d"Anglar. La Chouette is closed in January and February.
