Very nice accommodation, has everything you need and the owner is very attentive to answer the questions we had

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week and had a great time. The apartment was very well equipped, beautifully designed and big enough for me, my husband and our 2 teenage sons. The location is amazing, seconds away from the beach and the view was fab. We were there during La Grand Semana, so it was busy and there were music concerts right outside the apartment for 2 of the nights we were there. It was fine for us but could be difficult if you had younger kids or babies. The flat is directly above a bar and cafe so there was quite a bit of noise from early in the morning - again, it didn’t bother us but you might want to consider it if it is something that would be difficult for you. Great service and communication from the agents, and the city itself is wonderful.

Tito and his family are great. The place is a paradise and has a special guide, Argui. Better to experience it.

Very well located accommodation and close to everything. Very clean and smelled good. Only downside are the paid parking lots and the walls very little isolated.. I recommend it anyway!

We stayed in this wonderful house for a few days and loved it. Waking up and breathing the fresh air from the balcony, looking up the mountain, is a luxury… Mamen welcomed us super well, she was very kind on arrival and everything was very simple. My pleasure (:

Excellent Accommodation and cozy. Very good location and easy to access! Close to all the restaurants and bars which makes for a lot of noise all day and early morning. I recommend if you are used to sleeping with noise. Otherwise the apartment is very comfortable and too central! I recommend it 100%. Great place to enjoy San Sebastian's cuisine!

Great stay, modern, clean, great location, easy to walk everywhere however very private and quiet. Comfortable and relaxing. Would stay again.

If you're driving through the region and you're wondering to yourself, 'what would it be like to live in one of those houses right at the top of the hill looking into the valley?' - This is the place to experience it. Lovely accommodating folks who run it too. 👍

PERFECT!! The hospitality, the accommodation, the staff, the breakfast, the rooms…. Everything was perfect!! Well located hotel with direct access to the city, I would recommend it without so much as a second thought.

We booked the room for one night while passing through. It was very quiet, room and bathroom very clean, the beds very comfortable. Perfect for our purpose.

Peaceful place away from St Sebastien to rest! Also convenient because close to a bus line! And the fridge and kettle are a plus! Very nice sea view from the bathroom! Recommended!

The pension exceeded our expectations. It matched the photos perfectly, which gave us confidence from the beginning. The owner was always very attentive through the chat, responding quickly and helping us with everything we needed. The location, away from the hustle and bustle of the center, offered us a tranquility that we very much appreciated. The cleanliness of the house was daily, making the stay even more comfortable, and the views were beautiful. Also, having private parking was a big plus, especially in a city where parking can be complicated. Definitely an experience to be repeated.

A big thank you to Montse and her small family for the warm welcome, kindness and availability. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and very clean. If you have a stopover or nice walks in the Spanish Basque country, do not hesitate to stop there, you will be pleasantly surprised by the welcome and the quality of the accommodation.
