Loved this apartment! Easy walking to beach and old town, plus plenty of restaurants and shops within minutes. Very clean, comfy beds, great water pressure in shower. Two of the bedroom and living room have view of the top of the cathedral, which is lit up beautifully at night. Helpful to have the elevator. We had a car, and parked a few minutes away at underground bus station parking lot, with Jon’s helpful instructions. Jon answered all our questions. It was a lovely stay and we would book here again in the future.

The house is perfect. It has everything, is super well cared for and is located in a very quiet area. Perfect to spend a few relaxing days with friends and enjoy the surrounding landscape. Mila was very attentive from the beginning with us, from the arrival showing us the whole house, and later through mobile to answer our doubts. Large and nice apartment with everything you need, it meets the description. Good kitchen, balcony, 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very curious decoration with many art works. Located in a quiet neighborhood, about a 30 min walk from the center and very close to the beach of Ondarreta. Easy to park on the street (weekend is not paid). Aitor is very attentive and friendly.

My wife, three kids and I went to Donostia-San Sebastian to spend Christmas and New Years and stayed at Asier's apartment. Its location is ideal - surrounded by great lively restaurants, parks and all sorts of stores; less than 1-minute walk from the beach; 5-minute walk to the Old Part... you cannot ask for a better location in SS. It is true that the outside of the apartment can be a bit noisy, but the windows block the noise well enough that did not disturb our sleep at all. The apartment is the perfect size for the 5 of us and includes everything a family might need to comfortably stay for a couple of weeks. The kitchen is fully equipped, clean and easy to get around. The bathrooms are just perfect, and the bedrooms have plenty of space with very comfortable beds. We highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to explore this beautiful city!

This was such a great place to stay. The location is so perfect and the view from the terrace is just incredible. We used the terrace a lot I would definitely stay here again! It’s a spacious apartment and feels very homey in the nicest way. Highly recommend and thanks for a great stay!

Yosu’s place was very big, two large bathrooms and 3 very large bedrooms. Living room area was also very comfortable. Kitchen had the amenities we needed, balcony was also great. Parking was free and in front of the apartment. We were very comfortable after all.

My second time staying in this apartment. This neighborhood is by the beach in a quieter part of town. There are still many great food options and only a 15 minute walk to Casco Viejo.

i don't know which was better, cristina or cristina's place—both were exceptional and lovely! her place is beautiful, serene, very clean, and welcoming. cristina is warm, friendly, and better than any tour guide on their best day. she had the place stocked with life-savers for us like juice and snacks. the amenities were wonderful and everything was modern and easy to use. it was spacious, comfortable, and has spectacular views and close proximity to everything. this is the perfect airbnb! we were very happy and can't wait to return!

The place was perfect, everything was perfectly clean and well cared for. The attention from Tatiana and her daughter Aitana is unbeatable.

The house is great, very comfortable and clean, and Aitor, the host, has been incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. We felt very welcome. The only thing we didn't know is that the hosts live upstairs with children, and sometimes some noise was heard. However, this does not affect the overall experience, which has been very good. Ignacio has been an excellent host, always pending since we went on a trip to there. When we got there, we had the house with everything we needed and with many details, coffee, some fresh beers, it put the heating a day before so that we were fine, he recommended many places to go pintxos, the buses we had to go to and from Donosti, the supermarkets we had nearby, .... The truth is that we have been very comfortable with his house and with him as host. Your home is very clean and tidy. The location is ideal, you can go quietly taking a walk to Donosti or to the other side, towards Pasaia "Punta de San Pedro" or Donibane. It's not lazy to take the car because it has parking and you don't have to go back loco looking for a place around the corner. What a pity not having been able to spend more days, because we felt at home, but we will repeat more than safe to go to see the family again or on vacation to spend a few days.

A lovely apartment on a quiet boulevard by the sea. about 15 mins walk to the center. small store closeby for essentials. It was a but cold so we couldn't use the balcony much, but the views are lovely! The apartment heating worked well. The hosting company's person came to the apartment to show us in, and that helped a lot. Convenient and ample parking spots inside the complex. overall, a nice experience!

Apartamento very spacious, modern and correct. Located in a new residential neighborhood of Sant Sebastian although its denomination "El Antiguo" has nothing to do with reality. Very close to Ondarreta beach and good communication with public transport in the center of Donostia (San Sebastián ) and the leisure area. We are good connoisseurs from all over the environment. Our repeated trips are due to family issues. Highly recommended.
