One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television, a baby bed and a highchair.

From all windows and from the balcony you can enjoy a unique view of the surrounding mountains, the vineyards, valleys, and the nearby castles. There is a small supermarket and bus stop just a 2-minute walk away. The place is also an ideal base for small hikes and cycling trips.

The cozy apartment was newly built in 2022 and is nestled in apple orchards and vineyards in beautiful Girlan. After a short walk, you will reach the village center with shopping and bus connections. It is only a few minutes' drive from the Monticolo Lakes, St. Michael/Eppan, Kaltern an der Weinstraße and the state capital of Bolzano. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
