It includes a private garden, outdoor shower, plunge pool, terrace & BBQ area. The house is a short cycle to Blaye, we have bikes available at the property. Within easy reach are many things to explore - St. Emilion, the Medoc region, Arcachon & the Dune du Pilât, Aquitaine coastline and lakes, Cognac, Bordeaux city and much more!

Private estate of the 18th century of 2.5 hectares beautifully wooded with swimming pool heated with solar energy, including 2 holiday homes 10 minutes from the beaches: - a cottage for 10 people - a cottage for 5 people Closed and with a door for the safety of children, the heated pool is surrounded by a large, comfortably furnished terrace, with its lavender and olive trees. It is a place of relaxation and fun suitable for families with children, or groups of adults.

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.
