Quiet room (13m2), on the courtyard, in a house (1924) on Royan beach. On the first floor. The other two bedrooms, also on airbnb, have sea views. 160cm bed. There is only the street ( bd GARNIER ) to cross to go to the large beach. Breakfast (very simple, basic coffee milk chocolate tea, brioche bread, butter, jam, orange juice) offered in the sea view veranda (Cordouan lighthouse in the distance). Shared bathroom & WC.
