Amazing place! Beautiful setting. Gorgeous A-frame cottage on a hill overlooking a lovely river. Stylishly decorated and well-appointed with many amenities. Feels both cabiny and contemporary at once. So peaceful and private! Lovely deck and balcony. You can feel yourself relax upon arriving. Really a paradise where we felt so comfortable! We will return.

Amazing Cabin community right off the Blue Ridge. Super clean and tidy inside, with plenty of towels and space inside the cabin. The community space such as the fire pit looked very nice. Host is very accommodating and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay. Our two kids explored up and down the creek while my husband and I relaxed on the porch. The fireplace inside made us feel so cozy and we roasted s’mores on the outdoor fire pit! The sounds of the creek, especially as we went to bed, were also very welcome! Highly recommend the kayak rentals at River Girl and the chicken salad sandwich at the Mercantile! We would love to come back.

I spent 3 nights on this property , the pricing was fair for the view and the amenities. Absolutely beautiful scenery, I hate that I didn’t get to get in the lake because of the weather , but so happy they had private hot tub on the property. The hot tub itself will leave you feeling stress free lol. The house was spotless and decor was beautiful very homie. I was suppose to have 5 guest but ended up just being 3 and feel like that’s the perfect amount of guest for this house. Love it , and highly recommend if you just wanna get away and enjoy some nature.

The house is such a gem!! It was perfect for our family of 9 for Thanksgiving. We could have never left the house our entire trip because the main level is so cozy and comfortable. There is plenty of games and puzzles to keep everyone entertained. My son loved the little nook area with the bean bag. There is plenty of space to spread out with the 3 different living room areas. If you want a good workout - go for a walk! The house is at a higher elevation in the neighborhood, so you will have to walk down and back up. We hiked to Laurel Falls - that was another workout! Be prepared to drive a little ways to the grocery store. We brought most of our groceries but needed a few things and the next town is 25-30 minutes away. (Of course, there is always Dollar General that is closer!) Not many places to eat out. The first night we went to the Trading Post and the food was good and the people were so friendly, we stopped back in on our way out to say goodbye!

I don’t think any amount of time would’ve felt long enough staying at Anthony’s place. We felt right at home during our stay and absolutely loved the house and area. We loved how we could spend time together but also weren’t right on top of each other since there’s plenty of space in the three level home. I have two teenagers (16&17) who had their own bedrooms/bathrooms and us adults were able to have our own privacy on the lower level of the home. The kitchen had everything we wanted and needed and has a perfect layout for family meals. The porch was our favorite place, especially in the mornings. Being able to hear the creek while reading and having our morning coffee on the porch swing bed was so relaxing! My oldest son loved fishing the creek and exploring the woods. The grill was clean and worked perfectly. There were sticks for roasting marshmallows which was fantastic! There was firewood available (even though we came prepared with our own). It was a perfect trip for my family!

I'm a seasoned airbnb guest and I have to say this by far was one of my tops for places I've stayed. Very comfortable, well stocked, tastefully decorated, thoughtful touches, awesome location. Cassandra was a wonderful and very accommodating and communicative host. Can't recommend enough!

The location is perfect. Matched photos and description perfectly. The listing did have one error. One of the queen beds is actually a king. The river has a wonder sandy area right in front on the house which was perfect for the kids to play in. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful views and area. Quick trip to downtown West Jefferson. Cabin is quaint and comfortable, comfortable beds and couches. Hot tub with the views was incredible. Game room in the basement was so much fun. Pet friendly with water bowls left out for pups. The road to get there is tricky, narrow with some hairpin turns. Fine with an SUV but smaller vehicles may have some trouble. Host is very responsive and emailed clear instructions the day before. Check out was simple. Would recommend for folks interested in staying.

Amazing Stay! Perfect Cabin for Our Family Our stay at this cabin was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The cabin was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into making sure guests are taken care of. The host was incredibly helpful. I had a few questions during our stay, and each time I called, the host was quick to respond and provided clear, friendly assistance. It's rare to find such excellent customer service! The location was peaceful and safe, providing the ideal environment for relaxation and family time. We loved the cozy atmosphere and all the amenities that made the cabin feel like a true home away from home. We had such a Wonderful stay my son & I with our pup,the place itself was perfect so much room to move around in,it was all open & had everything you needed plus it was in a beautiful area.Everything she said it was in the description and so much more .I was also happy to see it was pet friendly. It snowed ,we went hiking with our pup for the first time and saw wild horses at Mt.Rogers.I can’t thank you enough for all you do and it was a pleasure talking with you,you’re absolutely the best & can’t wait to come back 💜

Our family came together here for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful stay. The home was comfortable, clean, decorated lovely, and well stocked. It was in a beautiful setting and we spent the evenings watching deer and the sunset from the porch. Emily and Taco were gracious hosts and we appreciate everything.
