The apartment is surrounded by nature, away from the road, yet close to the village. There you will find shopping facilities such as Volg, Spar mini, bakery with coffee and also a restaurant. We also have an indoor pool, where you can enjoy the warm water on the bubble loungers and admire the mountains. The apartment has many toys, a TV with 7 days of replay. The kitchen is well equipped but without a dishwasher. From the living room and bedroom you can see the mountains and Lake Walen.

Your exclusive getaway with 360-degree views of Säntis/Lake Constance and yet so close to attractions such as St.Gallen/Appenzell. This 200-year-old Appenzell house towers high above Herisau AR and is lovingly called "GöttiFritz" by its owners. It shines authentically in a fantastic mountain and hill scenery – a true retreat for the soul.

Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. A cosy guest room on the upper floor with a private bathroom and a fantastic view of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. The living room is shared, and there is a small fridge, a Nespresso machine and a kettle. Please note: There is no kitchen and no way to cook. Our cat also lives in the attic. We live in a remote location, so a car is an advantage. Parking and a seating area with a fire pit are available.

Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen with a dining area, a cosy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Our house is located in a small mountain village in the middle of the Glarus mountains near Elm. The apartment is right in the host's house. Part of the garden belongs to the apartment. A gas grill is available for our guests for exclusive use. Free parking by the house. We care about the well-being of our guests.
