Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used, for example, for smoking. The University of Landau and the city center are about 2 km away, the master school for audiologists and the educational center for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

Our holiday home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the southern wine route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355 m altitude, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest plot, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Our cottage is located far away from noise and hustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the German Wine Road. On the ground floor is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
