De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 500 m2 heeft twee eigen parkeerplaatsen, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

The Duisburg houseboat Lore in the heart of the city

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The house with approx. 120 square meters of living space is located in a traffic-calmed street in the village center of Asperden (old German: Ospere) near Goch and only 3 km from the Dutch border. If you want to relax, this is the place for you. This is the place to slow down, cook together, play and enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace. It is also the perfect base for cycling and hiking tours on the Lower Rhine, discoveries in the border region and festivals in the surrounding.

Rest in the green oasis near the Maas

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of a village with 762 inhabitants. The landscape invites you to beautiful hikes and cycling tours. If you want a little more action, e.g. for the little ones, you are very well taken care of in the nearby Kernwasserwunderland. The cities of Kleve and Emmerich with a very nice Rhine promenade are very easy to reach on foot in 1 hour or by bike in 0.5 hours.

In the immediate vicinity, you can visit numerous restaurants and cafes, or enjoy a break on your own terrace. Excursions and cycling in the surrounding area are very popular. The new European cycle path connects Kleve with the oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen.

Beautiful apartment on the Lower Rhine on a former farmhouse in the main house 1st floor , in the rural area of the LandLebenStadt Geldern. Location central but quiet in a dead end street. The apartment has one bedroom with double bed 180 x 200 cm, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with double sink and bathtub with glass shower wall. A second sofa bed is on the gallery. Child lock: a flap at the top of the stairs.

It is a modern, 74 sqm ground floor apartment completed in 2023 in a 5-party house with a garden. The green area is 273 square meters and borders an associated parking space. In addition to the outdoor terrace, the apartment offers a modern, fully equipped kitchen, two desks, a large wardrobe and a closet. The bedroom is equipped with a 1.80 m bed and a TV. Underfloor heating and shutters are available throughout the apartment.
