The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults suitable. One bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bath is available. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

It is located in a quiet residential area of Stralsund, yet it is only 5 minutes by bike or car to the historic old town. Wouldn't it be nice if the beach was just a few steps away and you still don't have to forego anything? The bakery where you can get the buns in the morning - just down the stairs. Good restaurants, Italian ice cream and the fish bun in between - around the corner. It is a holiday of the short distances where you can spend more time with what is the most fun on vacation: to relax and just enjoy the day.
