Es ist im typischen Stil der Bäderarchitektur anfangs des 20. Jahrhunderts gebaut und wurde im Jahr 2000 komplett renoviert. Im Haus befindet sich die komfortabel und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. In direkter Nachbarschaft gibt es Bistros, Restaurants und Cafés. Ihre Frühstücksbrötchen können Sie dort auch morgens frisch einkaufen. Diese Fewo für 4 Pers. (39 qm + 8 qm Balkon) besteht aus einem Wohn-Schlafzimmer mit eingebauter Küchenzeile, einem Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten und einem Badezimmer. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Parterre.Die Küche ist reichhaltig ausgestattet (z.B. mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Herd, Backofen und Mikrowelle) .Eine gemütliche Essecke (Tisch , Eckbank und Stühle) schließt an die Küchenzeile an.Weiterhin befinden sich im Wohnzimmer eine Doppelbettcouch, zwei Sessel. und ein Couchtisch, Fernseher und Radio stehen selbstverständlich auch zur Verfügung, Das besondere Highlight der Wohnung ist der große geschützte Balkon, der die Nachmittagssonne einfängt und im Frühjahr und Sommer zu einem Freiluft---Wohnzimmer wird.Ins Internet gelangt man per kostenlosem W-Lan. Die Wohnung ist nicht behindertengerecht, man gelangt aber stufenlos in die Wohnung (vom Hintereingang -Parkplatz )

Weitere 10 Minuten Spaziergang auf der Strandpromenade steht man vor der Seebrücke - im Zentrum des Ostseebades. Verschiedene Einkaufsmärkte, Bäcker und Baumarkt befinden sich nur 5 Minuten fußläufig von unserer Wohnung entfernt. Der IC Bahnhof ist nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Zur Wohnung gehört eine große Sonnenterrasse, die Parkmöglichkeit gibt es direkt auf dem Grundstück, Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden.
