The holiday home is located in Prora (near Baltic Sea resort Binz). The apartment is about 42m2 in size and maximum for a family with a larger child or an infant or max. 3 adults suitable. One bedroom, living room with kitchen and a bath is available. Parking space for CARS in the carport (for a fee), separate sitting area with BBQ. To the beach about 5 minutes walk. The apartment was newly furnished and renovated in early 2015. In the fall of 2017 and in the fall of 2018 and 2020, there was a partial modernization.

Apartment no. 4 (50m²) in Villa Fernsicht is idyllically located in the old town of Sassnitz. The promenade is just a 2-minute walk away via the private path.
