Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

Welcome to our beautiful small holiday apartment Sternschnuppe on the outskirts of the village, which invites you to linger and relax. From here you can take long walks to the two well-kept sandy beaches (approx. 10 minutes). It is also very suitable as a starting point for a variety of bike tours. Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The vacation home is maritime, with a lot of love for detail, and impresses with high-quality amenities. Three bedrooms can accommodate six people. A crib can also be set up. The spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with open kitchen offers coziness, relaxation and comfort at a high level. Welcome to the Möwenbude! Our lovingly furnished apartment is centrally located and close to the beach in Sellin. Wilhelmstraße, the pier, the south beach, the Rasende Roland, the spa and shopping facilities are within walking distance.
