Step-free accommodation with terrace and large and green garden. We enjoyed it with our Setter Gordon. Beatrice and Michel are very welcoming and available hosts. The accommodation is clean and very well furnished (all the necessities are there) private parking in front of the house outside. It is very well located, close to Hossegor (oyster farming huts) are worth a visit, as well as Seignosse, Capbreton, Soustons, the forest and ponds with very good restaurants. The house is perfect for a family or small group of friends, the interior and exterior offer great comfort, as well as the location where we were close to the city center and shopping malls. Location is a great location. The place is peaceful and the terrace is very nice. A few minutes walk from the beach, ideal for seeing the sunset at the end of the day;)

We stayed with family for Christmas. The house is perfect for it! Both the heating and the fireplace make the house is warm even in the middle of winter. Samaniego is the perfect village to enjoy a magnificent wine experience. As for Axier's attention, it was wonderful, very easy and comfortable. We won't hesitate to repeat it! A very pleasant villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a cozy and well-appointed pool area (even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully planted, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when there are many people! A large living room and good-sized bedrooms. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our booking choice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime. 😊

One of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed in. Kepa was super friendly, flexible and responsive! They have thought of everything, pool towels, toys for kids etc. You can’t ask for more. We were three families and the spaces were perfect for fitting everyone. The outdoor space is amazing! Having all the sports, swimming pool and playground for the kids is just unbeatable. The location is very beautiful and private. The beach was just a 10-15 minute drive. We had groceries delivered and worked flawlessly. We will definitely return and I couldn’t recommend this rental more! Thanks Kepa and family!

Just amazing, the property itself is clean and spacious, with a lovely garden, and pool area. The host is flexible, friendly and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back, and recommend Jean’s place wholeheartedly.

Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center Clean apartment, linens that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Hosted with two cookies for my dogs, a small gesture that makes me happy 😊 Accommodation that receives dogs, and that's really the best! To know that the terrace is not closed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Although quite remote, the accommodation is easy to find as long as you follow the instructions provided. Then, the accommodation matches the different photos perfectly. We particularly appreciated the hospitality of Jean and Agnès who were also very discreet. We were able to enjoy the barbecue, deckchairs and hammock. I highly recommend it if you're looking for peace and quiet!

Frédérique is very responsive, welcoming and caring. The accommodation is ideally located because close to the Golf and the beach, quiet. We came as a family with our 2 children (6 and 3 years old) and indeed you should not be younger facing the stairs. Very pleasant outdoors. A place to remember. I would highly recommend.

The accommodation is small, but the surrounding environment is very nature-friendly and the host is friendly.Use the trail as much as possible. It is also very good to wake up to the sound of birds. I recommend it.
