Villa LiLa is completely renovated four-bedroom villa, located in a calm residential area next to the Salinas de Antigua golf course. The villa is located 1000 m (less than 10 min walking distance) from the beginning of the promenade and the Atlántico shopping center which has a big supermarket, clothing stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, and other play areas for kids. The nearest sand beach is located in that same area. The villa is south-facing and well protected from wind.

A private heated pool is surrounded by well-maintained green lawns and sun loungers. A shaded outdoor dining area with a barbecue is visible in the background, framed by lush greenery and palm trees.

Adjacent to the Golf Course, a fantastic rental with private heated pool (Nov-April) & outdoor space including a barbecue & beautiful views of the Golf Course. Living room with large TV and satellite to UK & Irish stations opens to an outdoor terrace facing the pool. This family-friendly property has amenities available on request such as high-chairs & cots, and is a short 10min walk to the shopping centre and beach.

This wonderful villa exudes tranquility: relax and enjoy with the whole family! In a quiet and privileged area with incredible views of the golf course and the sea. Full of light, very cozy, with modern and contemporary furniture. Its 3 bedrooms face the outside, being able to go directly to the garden (325 m2). There is a beautiful porch with a dining room where you can enjoy the beautiful views and, at the same time, a swim in the heated pool (28.5°C, from October to April).

An outdoor terrace is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a wooden coffee table, highlighted by a small lantern. In the background, a private heated pool reflects the warm hues of a sunset, while lounge chairs are arranged nearby, offering a serene view of the surroundings.
