This wonderful villa exudes tranquility: relax and enjoy with the whole family! In a quiet and privileged area with incredible views of the golf course and the sea. Full of light, very cozy, with modern and contemporary furniture. Its 3 bedrooms face the outside, being able to go directly to the garden (325 m2). There is a beautiful porch with a dining room where you can enjoy the beautiful views and, at the same time, a swim in the heated pool (28.5°C, from October to April).

An outdoor terrace is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a wooden coffee table, highlighted by a small lantern. In the background, a private heated pool reflects the warm hues of a sunset, while lounge chairs are arranged nearby, offering a serene view of the surroundings.
